"I wanted to share my experience with Aasha because my life has changed exponentially. All I can say is that her work is absolutely life changing. I honor where I am coming from and where I am at with this work. I never experienced a group coaching container quite like Aasha’s, and how she operates as a Mentor and as a Coach. From the bottom of my heart, Aasha, thank you so much for being such a beautiful mentor."

Amanda M.

The work that I have done with Aasha has transformed my life. After countless previous attempts, Aasha offered a different approach; healing from the inside. I no longer seek to place blame, I take ownership. I am calm, happy, free, and lighter. My dependencies, anxiety, and irritability have vanished. I am a better leader, a better friend, and a better partner. I can't recommend the Aasha T. Healing method enough to anyone seeking personal development."
